Dream cruise aboard the Paul Gauguin in Tahiti and Society Islands.
A week is enough to escape to paradise and explore this splendid archipelago of islands which are at the heart of every itinerary of the Gauguin. Feel the caress of the wind, filled with intoxicating scents. Be warmly welcomed as you soak up the Polynesian culture. Let time gently flow …
The island of Tahiti, your port of embarkation, is on the short list of cruise aficionados. The next stop is Raiatea, the sacred and mythical island that was the cradle of the Maori people and the Polynesian culture. It is part of the Leeward Islands in the Society Islands archipelago and contains important archaeological remains.
You will spend the next day lounging on Motu Mahana, our private island and paradise in the South Seas. Under majestic palm trees, lulled by a gentle breeze, you can enjoy a white sandy beach where you can go snorkeling, kayaking, volleyball, or simply relax before enjoying a delicious traditional meal with Polynesian dances and music.
Your discovery continues in Bora Bora. You will understand why the author James A Michener said of Bora Bora that it is “the most beautiful island in the world”, and you will probably want to enjoy our private beach located on a coral sandy island and soak up the beauty of this Idyllic oasis. On the island of Moorea, the landscape impresses with its volcanic peaks, lagoons with blue shades, and fringed beaches of palm trees. This is what inspired the composer of the famous melody “Bali Hai” in South Pacific.
A week is all the time necessary to create lasting memories.
